REFUND/RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICIES
At Drive Designz, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please familiarise yourself with our refund, return, and warranty policies below:
Refund Policy:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on standard items. However, please note that custom-made items, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless they are defective or arrive damaged.
- Refund Processing: Refunds for standard items will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Policy:
- Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the standard item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Custom-made items and sale items are only eligible for return if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Return Process: To initiate a return for a standard item, please contact our customer service team at info@drivedesignz.co.nz to obtain a return authorisation and receive a guide for how to return your item/s.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Warranty Policy on products (this does not apply to our services)
- Product Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our products. Drive Designz warrants 30 days warranty for all of the apparel against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Warranty Claim: If you believe your product is defective and covered under warranty, please contact our customer service team at info@drivedesignz.co.nz to initiate a warranty claim. Be sure to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Once the warranty is being reviewed and accepted you will receive instructions for returning and receiving refund or exchange of the item/s.
- Warranty Exclusions: Please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, or wear/tear. Additionally, the warranty may be void if the product has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
Things To Note:
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. Drive Designz will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from Drive Designz, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website.
Any returns for a product due to customer dissatisfaction with a finish (that is not a fault) will need to comply with the Drive Designz Returns Policy.
